We enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dessert was excellent. Dinner was horrible!! We enjoyed the kids’ center, the kids’ pool and the location of the hotel was awesome. There’s a laundry room on the Sea Side and it costs $1 to wash and $1 to dry. That’s a big deal for a family of 4!!

We didn’t enjoy dinner at any of the restaurants(Da Vinci, Sea Breeze, Agave, Pizza Now, Oceanside Bar & Grill: for lunch). The food was horrible at all of them, and the pizza was the worst! Breakfast at Corals Restaurant was great, and lunch at Sea Breeze was fantastic. We also didn’t enjoy the receipt printing at each restaurant. We always choose all inclusive resorts, and this is the first hotel that has printed receipts for dining. Other resorts ask for your room number and carry on.

Great location and wonderful staff. One of the servers (Veronica) was amazing! She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make us and our children feel special.

The all inclusive option doesn’t include any premium beers or liquors and also doesn’t include room service.

the rooms themselves are a bit outdated / small. the bathroom is kind of nonfunctional for up to 4 adults, that’s my only complaint.

Outdoor amenities were Fabulous!! The Staff was wonderful! The were the definition of “One Happy Island”. The location is in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping places.

The building could use a facelift. The hallways and rooms have a very molding smell. Additional restaurants would be nice.

Area and location were great. People were friendly and helpful.

All inclusive choices were limited.

Enjoyed having both beach and pool couple a feet away. Excursion and rental people are right in the hotel. Also all shopping centers and restaurant right outside hotel. We got all inclusive,restaurants were good as well a drinks. We loved walking the beach and chillen on hammock at hotel.

A few times I had questions for staff, they were clueless. Example: Asked about lab for testing for covid. One said they should be open. The other said yeah they are closed you have to wait for tomorrow. I needed to take test the day I landed but thank goodness the flight took 48hr testing.

The location of the resort is very good if you are interested in a great access to the beach. We were visiting Aruba during the low season (due to COVID-19 pandemic) and didn't have problems with huts or sunbeds but half of the hotel was offline so I can imagine that it can be a problem during the high season with fully booked spot as it is quite big resort. Although hotel needs a bit deeper renovation than was made lately as it is rather older construction it is clean and still kept in good/acceptable shape. Few of the on-site stores and the casino were closed during our stay but it is understandable in view of pandemics and its effects. In other circumstances it would be a minus. The staff is friendly, helpful and cares about the quests, especially Ms Rosa-Angelica (which worked at Beach Restaurant and Bar). She is the best ! She was tireless, very polite and cheerful all the time and was serving drinks in the same second that I felt that I would have one (sixth sense Lady :) ). Our kids adore her as she was also "The Lady with an ice-creams" (Antek & Hania are saying "Hello!" :) ). All inclusive option is very good - well planned and pretty well adjusted to its price. It is worth considering especially when you travel with kids as we did. We recommend the resort as a place to stay in Aruba.

The bars and restaurants closed early. Might just be adjusted hours though because of COVID.

Was very close to the beach, had everything you needed there or in the very near vicinity.

It was loud at all times. We had a room facing out from the property and it was constant noise. Either from the market stalls outside, or from the generators or from trucks coming to restock at 7 am.

Everything else, location, food, staff, etc....was great!!

There was no cold water in the bathroom sink to brush yr teeth with. All hot water.

It's difficult to list all the plus points in the hotel because there were just so many. To name a few, I would like to start with the Staff. The level of service, kindness, attention to detail, and helpfulness is just off the charts! People like Eddie, John, Andrés, Verónica, Lucia, Rosa, and Juan Miguel... they just make you feel at home. I can't emphasize enough how satisfied we were with the service during our stay. The location is just amazing. The Holiday Inn has the biggest piece of beachfront area in Palm Beach and the beaches are just incredible. The food is definitely another high point. We grabbed the ALL-Inclusive package and it definitely makes sense. Probably 95% of all menu items (Food is served A la Carte) are included in the ALL Inclusive package and for the remaining 5%, there is only a small differential to pay in addition. The quality of the food can be easily compared with a top notch restaurant everywhere. The cocktails are made with house brand liquors but they were excellent, especially the mojito and the piña colada. Only the local beer is included, but we found it refreshing and easy to drink.

The one low point was the wifi in our room. It worked very good in common areas, but it was not reliable when we were in the room. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean, but the rooms need some updates.

The breakfast was okay. The location is great.

Some of the front desk staff was rude and bias.
